Shipping & Fulfilment Policy
At SuppsWorld, we’re committed to fast, efficient, and reliable delivery. This policy explains how we process, fulfil, and deliver your orders with clear timelines and responsibilities.
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Order cut-off: Orders placed before 4:00 PM (AEST) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.
- Handling time: Orders are packed within 0–1 business day (Monday–Friday) after payment confirmation.
Delivery Timeframe
Australia-wide delivery: Typically 4–6 business days from dispatch. Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier performance. Please allow up to 7 business days in total.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
You’ll receive an order confirmation email after checkout. Once dispatched, we’ll email your tracking number and link. Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear in the courier’s system.
Shipping Partners
We use trusted carriers including Australia Post, Aramex (Fastway), CouriersPlease, and for international fulfilment DHL Express and FedEx. The carrier is selected based on destination, parcel size/weight, and service availability.
Fulfilment & Personal Importation
All products listed on SuppsWorld are fulfilled and shipped directly by our international distribution partners. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Goods are shipped from overseas and may not be registered on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG).
- You are importing these products for personal use only under the TGA Personal Importation Scheme.
- You are responsible for compliance with Australian customs, quarantine, and health regulations, including any duties, taxes, or import restrictions.
- Delivery may be subject to customs inspection and associated delays outside our control.
- SuppsWorld does not claim any product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents disease. For more information, see our Disclaimer.
Shipping Fees
Free shipping is offered on all orders delivered within Australia. Any import duties, GST, or taxes assessed by authorities remain the buyer’s responsibility.
Address Changes & Authority to Leave
- Address changes: Contact us immediately after ordering. Once dispatched, changes may not be possible.
- Authority to Leave (ATL): If you authorise ATL, parcels left unattended are considered delivered. SuppsWorld is not responsible for loss or theft after delivery under ATL.
Delivery Delays
We aim to meet all estimates, but delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, weather events, customs clearance, public holidays, or seasonal demand. If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact our support team for assistance.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate the parcel:
- Confirm your shipping address in the order confirmation.
- Check mailbox, porch/safe-drop areas, and with neighbours or building management.
- Contact the courier using your tracking number.
If the courier confirms loss, email our team with your order number and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (subject to stock availability).
Shipping Area
We deliver to all Australian addresses (metro, regional, and remote) and to New Zealand. Delivery timeframes outside Australia may vary due to customs processing and local courier performance.
Note: This Shipping & Fulfilment Policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory consumer guarantees.
