Return & Refund Policy

At SuppsWorld, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following policy to understand your options for returns, exchanges, and refunds. This policy operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Products must be in the same condition as when received, with seals and labels intact.
  • Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened or used supplements cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect.

How to Initiate a Return

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photographs of the item and packaging so we can assist quickly. Replacement or refund will be processed once the issue is verified.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of confirmation. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional days for funds to appear.

Refunds are issued for product cost only. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

Non-Returnable or Restricted Items

  • Opened or used products.
  • Items purchased during clearance sales or promotions, unless faulty.
  • Perishable, temperature-sensitive, or hygiene-related products.

If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may still be entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair under the Australian Consumer Law, even if it falls outside our standard change-of-mind policy.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once your order has shipped, cancellations are not possible. Please contact our support team as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your order.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change a product, please return the original item (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

International Returns

For New Zealand and other international customers, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is faulty or incorrect. SuppsWorld is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees related to returns.
