Payment Confirmation

After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and purchase details. If it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
  • Payments made after the daily cut-off (4:00 PM AEST) are processed on the next business day.

Currency

All prices and payments are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD), inclusive of applicable taxes.

Failed or Declined Transactions

If your payment is declined, please verify:

  • Card details are entered correctly.
  • Sufficient funds are available.
  • Your card/account permits online and international transactions (where applicable).

Overpayment or Duplicate Charge

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same order, contact us immediately with your order number and payment receipt. We will investigate and issue a refund if an overpayment is confirmed.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If you cancel within 2 hours of purchase and before your order is processed or shipped, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are typically completed within 7 business days after confirmation.
